Hi, I’m Jomilsa Sousa, founder of The Success Studio.

I help Customer Success and Account Management professionals build their careers, grow their accounts, and step into more senior roles with clarity and confidence.

I know what it’s like to step into a CS or AM role and feel both excited and unsure at the same time. When I first started, I didn’t have a clear roadmap. I had to figure things out by piecing together advice, testing frameworks and learning on the job.

Now, after 8 years working in Customer Success and Account Management, and mentoring through programs like Women in Customer Success, Catalyst and Tangent, I’ve seen the same pattern again and again; most asiring and new CS and AM professionals don’t need more theory – they need practical guidance, confidence and someone in their corner.
