By booking, purchasing, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

The Success Studio provides coaching, consulting, mentoring, and digital resources designed to support personal and professional development, particularly within Customer Success careers.

Our services are delivered online unless stated otherwise.

2. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching is a collaborative process focused on clarity, growth, and action.
It is not therapy, counselling, legal advice, medical advice, or financial advice.

You acknowledge that:

  • You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, and results

  • Outcomes cannot be guaranteed

  • Coaching is not a substitute for professional advice where required

3. Booking & Payments

  • All sessions, services, and packages must be paid for in advance, either upfront or via an agreed payment plan.

  • Payment must be completed before services begin.

  • Prices are listed on our website or agreed in writing.

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of services.

4. Refunds, Cancellations & Rescheduling

Our Refunds & Cancellations Policy forms part of these Terms and should be read alongside them.

In summary:

  • Coaching sessions and services are non-refundable once booked

  • Digital products are non-refundable once access is provided

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice

  • Missed or late-cancelled sessions may be counted as completed

5. Programmes, Packages & Ongoing Support

Where services are provided as part of a programme or package:

  • Refunds are not available once the service has commenced

  • Any additional support (e.g. email or WhatsApp access) is only included if explicitly stated

  • Unused sessions are not transferable unless agreed in writing

6. Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions is treated as confidential.

Confidentiality may only be broken if required by law or where there is a risk of harm to you or others.

7. Intellectual Property

All materials provided by The Success Studio, including but not limited to:

  • Frameworks

  • Templates

  • Worksheets

  • Guides

  • Session notes

  • Digital resources

remain the intellectual property of The Success Studio.

These materials are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, resold, or distributed without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • The Success Studio is not liable for any direct or indirect loss arising from the use of our services

  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes or results

  • Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded by law.

9. Client Responsibility

By engaging in our services, you agree to:

  • Engage honestly and respectfully

  • Take responsibility for your actions and choices

  • Respect boundaries, time, and structure

  • Communicate openly and professionally

We reserve the right to terminate services if these expectations are not met.
